  • The refund will be carried out in the same method of payment that the purchase was made. If the purchase was paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be made to the same card, as long as the holder is present and in possession of this card. Otherwise, the customer will be offered the change of the product. Remember that a refund transaction to credit or debit cards could take between 5 and 10 days.


  • Due to the nature of the Mimi Pinzon collection and / or customs policies, no clothing or shoes purchased abroad will be exchanged or returned.
